Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and your order. Any free-shipping offer that applies to your order is shown in your cart before you pay.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You can follow your parcel with the link in your shipping email, or check your order from your customer account.

International orders

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply. They are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
